Proud Moment: Indian Shooter Heena Sidhu Wins Bronze Medal in Asian Games 2018

The Asian Games 2018 are currently being held in Palembang, Indonesia, and our girl from Haryana, Heena Sidhu has made us proud on the ground. Indian shooter Heena Sidhu has won a bronze medal in women’s 10m rifle final after she finished with a score of 219.3.

The 27-year-old shooter didn’t start off well, however, she pulled off a stunning comeback from being at the 13th place to the third place.

She missed the gold medal by a mere gap of 0.1 as her final shot was 219.3.

Another Indian shooter, 16-year-old Manu Bhaker couldn’t make it to the top and was eliminated at the fifth place with a score of 176.2. But she made her country proud in the last few days where she performed remarkably and shot brilliantly in the qualifications and cracked the finals.
