While we were deprived of Bollywood wedding pictures through most of 2020, the last few months have seen a string of B-town shaadis. From Neha Kakkar, Aditya Narayan, Kajal Agarwal and now very soon even Gauahar Khan… We’ve finally got our dose of big fat weddings! Continuing the trend is Manmarziyaan writer Kanika Dhillon who recently got engaged to Tanu Weds Manu writer Himanshu Sharma. Take a look at their beautiful engagement pictures:
Kanika wore a bright yellow suit and accessorised her look with a statement maangtika and red bangles. Her hair was styled in soft curls and tons of mascara added to the look. Beau Himanshu Sharma kept it casual in a simple blue and white kurta-pyjama and cream coloured Nehru jacket.
The Secret Romance!
Himanshu Sharma and Kanika Dhillon have been dating for almost a year now and it’s only in June that the couple made it official to the world. While their engagement pictures have made it to social media only now, an earlier picture posted on Kanika’s handle suggests that the couple actually got engaged in November!
Speaking to Pinkvilla, the writer couple informed that the wedding bells are to ring really soon and that they are excited to start this new chapter of their lives.

For those unaware, Kanika Dhillon is known for her work in Manmarziyaan, Netflix film Guilty, Kedarnath, Judgemental Hai Kya and the upcoming mystery thriller, Haseen Dillruba. Himanshu Sharma is a National Award-winning film writer and producer known for his work in Tanu Weds Manu, Tanu Weds Manu Returns, Raanjhanaa, Zero and the upcoming Akshay Kumar starrer, Atrangi Re.
