If you have sensitive skin and often suffer from redness and itchiness, drink pumpkin juice as it contains zinc and potassium.
Step 1: In a blender, add 1 cup of chopped pumpkin cubes.
Step 2: Half a cup of yoghurt
Step 3: 2 tbsp of flaxseeds and a handful of ice cubes
