Let’s begin, shall we?
– 1 cup rice
– 1 cup water
– Mason Jar
Step 1: Rinse the rice thoroughly for about a minute to remove dirt or any impurities.
Step 2: In a bowl, add your clean rice and water and mix them well.
Step 3: Leave the rice soaked in for about 12-24 hours before straining it. This will allow the rice to ferment and all the amazing vitamins to come out of the rice. Just make sure you store your rice in a container for future use or make yourself a yummy burrito!
Step 4: Next, take your milky white liquid and store it in a mason jar.
Yup, it is that easy!

Just like you use regular water to wash your mane!
But if you really want to improve your mane’s health, do this– an hour before shampooing, damp your hair with rice water and let it sit. You’ll notice that your hair feels healthy and looks glossy after using it just once! Do this once a week and we bet you’ll only have great hair days from now on.
You can use your rice water as many times as possible but make sure you store it in the refrigerator or it can go bad.
