Even though it has been over a decade, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone still continue to give us #CoupleGoals with their adorable gestures toward each other. Now, it is almost impossible to imagine Ranveer ending up with any other actress. But Deepika wasn’t the only actress he fell in love with. Before DP, Ranveer was also in a serious relationship with his first co-star, Anushka Sharma.
In 2010, Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma fell in love on the sets of Band Baaja Baaraat. Soon after, the two began dating and they worked on two more projects together. After their breakup, Ranveer started dating Deepika while they were shooting for Ram Leela in 2012.
Now, according to a video on the internet, Ranveer was flirting with DP even while he was in a relationship with Anushka!
Deepika recounts meeting Ranveer for the first time in this footage from an interview she gave a few years ago. The actress was wrapping up a shot at Yash Raj Studios when Ranveer happened to walk in. When he saw Deepika, the Band Baaja Baarat actor put on his flirting cap! Deepika stated, “He was flirting like nobody’s business, and he was dating somebody else at the time.”

Netizens are convinced that this occurred during his relationship with Anushka Sharma. His presence at Yash Raj Studios could also indicate that he was filming Ladies V/S Ricky Bahl, and at the time he was dating Anushka. This clearly did not sit well with netizens, who accused Ranveer of being unfaithful. Even DP was chastised because she stated that this was when she realised he was “special.”
One user called Ranveer a “red flag,” while another stated that “Anushka upgraded big time.”
While superstars definitely have a lot of history, but it is supposed to be left in the past. #DeepVeer and #Virushka are both happy in their lives and are thriving. So it’s time to let bygones be bygones!
