In just a few days shaadi season will be over and we are kinda heartbroken ‘coz what’s better than looking at gorgeous celeb wedding pictures? This season was full of grand shaadis and we had so much fun keeping up with all of them. Now, let’s talk about the wedding rumours that have our attention!
The rumours mills are buzzing that co-stars Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna are secretly dating. According to the grapevine, they are also planning to get hitched soon. While the two stars have not commented on their relationship, recently Vijay cleared the air about the shaadi speculations.
VD shut down the reports of his shaadi with Rashmika with a tweet and wrote, “As usual nonsense… Don’t we just (heart) da news!” NGL, we are a little heartbroken ‘coz they look just so cute together!
A little while ago, Vijay opened up on his plans to get married and said, “I would love family life. It would be fulfilling to be married and have your own kids. There will be a time I will do that. But, I need more mental maturity to do that. I need to grow up and sober down. I still feel like a kid. You don’t have to be answerable to anyone, you want to do what you want.”
The Arjun Reddy star added, “I think it’s a responsibility when you’re married to someone. You need to respect the relationship and nurture it. You can’t take things for granted. So, I am just buying time.”
Earlier this month, Rashmika also spoke about marriage and shared, “I don’t know what to think about it, because I am too young for it right now. I haven’t given it a thought. But, having said that, you should be with someone who makes you comfortable.”
We totally agree with VD and Rashmika here, it takes time to prepare yourself for a lifelong commitment. Why rush things when you don’t feel that you have the emotional maturity to handle a marriage?
So, shaadi or no shaadi, we love Rashmika and Vijay’s friendship and we hope we get to see them on-screen soon! BRB, just manifesting an OTT romantic flick for the two.
