There are two types of couples in B-town. Those who make their relationship public and those who keep their romance under wraps. If you ask us, we’re more excited about the second, as they keep us on our toes with the constant guessing game. One such duo who haven’t made their rumoured relationship official yet are Siddhant Chaturvedi and Navya Naveli Nanda. However, in a recent interview, the Phone Bhoot actor finally spilled the beans.
During a conversation with a media portal, Siddhant and his co-star Ishaan Khatter were both asked to talk about their love lives. While Ishaan kept mum about his status, Sid revealed what’s cooking between him and Navya. He said, “(About the rumours) that I am dating, seeing someone. I wish that was true.” The funniest bit was when Ishaan interjected and added that he also wished that the reports about his lifestyle and net worth were true as well.
The rumours of their relationship began earlier this year when Siddhant and Navya were spotted getting out of the same vehicle. The #SidNav fans were further convinced of their dating status when Ishaan made a joke about their relationship on the chat show, Koffee With Karan Season 7. Ishaan asked host Karan Johar to ask Siddhant the ‘Ananda’ question when KJo asked him about his relationship status. This left everyone on the Koffee sets to drop their jaws as Ishaan practically just confirmed their on-going romance!
All along, we thought the two were heading towards a long, happy relationship. Although Siddhant put all the doubts to rest with this interview, we’re not sure if this indeed is true. Many actors in B-town today choose to keep their relationship private till there’s a ring on the finger, so maybe Sid is doing the same? Well, we guess we just have to wait and find out.
