They met, they dated and 6 years later… they were tied together in a bond of love, forever! This is Taran and Ronak’s love story in a nutshell. And believe us, their wedding was just as cute and dreamy as their love story. Their beautiful real wedding in Goa had the *prettiest* details ever and we don’t even know where to begin. So let’s just go on a love rewind mode, shall we?
Taran and Ronak met at their coaching classes in 2011, almost 6 years ago, when they were all of 19! In their wedding trailer, Ronak very adorably reminisced the first time he laid his eyes on Taran, and just knew that he had to talk to her. One thing led to another and they soon started dating! From the very beginning, they knew that their relationship would eventually lead to marriage. Doesn’t this just seem like a real life fairytale? Their wedding pictures are a proof to that. Romesh Dhamija Productions did a great job in capturing all the treasured moments of the couple’s shaadi celebrations. Let’s take you through them…
The pre-wedding photoshoot
Since the lovebirds are from Mumbai, they decided to have a spectacular pre-wedding photoshoot on a motorboat. The pictures are all about capturing the unspoken emotions of their love. We especially loved the one with the gigantic Mumbai skyline in the background!

The welcome party
All the wedding functions took place at Planet Hollywood, Goa. The Doli Dairy was the official wedding planner and decorator for the festivities. Even the welcome party was a grand affair with the venue decorated in beautiful handcrafted umbrellas.
The bride and groom-to-be looked amazing in their outfits and obviously elated, as did all the family members and guests.
The crazy sangeet night
The couple came up with a super creative and fun hashtag for their wedding – #TaronKiShaadi!
The sangeet night was totally crazy, complete with dance performances by all their relatives and the couple themselves. Taran looked like a legit princess in her dark blue Gaurav Gupta ruffled gown which beautifully contrasted with Ronak’s metallic tux!
It was certainly a night to remember for all present there, as they danced their way to happiness!
The super vibrant haldi ceremony
What is a morning ceremony without bright hues and freshness all around? Their haldi function was a riot of colours. They even had a pretty yellow and pink decor, which was just fantastic!
The couple were dressed in hues of yellow, as were some of the guests. It was real treat to the eyes.

The wedding(s)
Taran and Ronak had not one, but two stunning wedding functions. The first one was a Sikh ceremony, which took place in the morning. Keeping that in mind, both the bride and groom were dressed in light colours.
While Taran wore an icy blue Sabyasachi lehenga, Ronak looked suave in a champagne coloured sherwani and looked nothing less than a Maharaja!
For their beach wedding ceremony, Taran wore a deep red Sabyasachi lehenga and oh boy, did she look regal in it! She wore traditional marwari jewellery with her outfit that perfectly complemented her royal looking attire.
For the beach wedding, the decor, especially the sea-side mandap was something straight out of a fairytale novel. The arrangements looked so pretty with the pink and white flowers and the calm sea in the background.
All in all, it was a gorgeous wedding, with a very good-looking couple and the *prettiest* details. Check out their complete wedding story in the video below. You will love it too!
