1. Whole Wheat Pasta
Yes, whole wheat foods are actually good carbs for you and sometimes you just need pasta! A higher intake of whole grains is associated with lower BMI and lower abdominal fat and are hence carbs good for health. Plus, the fiber in these foods is filling and is satisfying and also allows one to eat the foods one craves. Which means less binge eating!!
With its high level of both fiber and protein, quinoa is considered a super good carb! Protein as we all know helps you stay full for longer and is an important part of one’s diet. It is surely one of the best carbs food you can think of if you want to tone down your body. However, make sure not to consume too many of these – while they are much lower in calories and healthier than any other dessert you actually may go for, they are rich in sugar and are a good carb.
Berries are high in antioxidants and nutrients making it a good carb. They do contain sugar but also a high level of fibre making it a carb good for health.
