As the world becomes smaller, thanks to technology, the life if a social media manager becomes busier. But in a good way, at least for me because I managed to turn my passion into my career. I mean… I’m making moolah out of the fact that I’m always glued to my phone – can’t get better than that, can it?!
As a Social Media Manager at POPxo, my job is to take care of all the things that go up on Instagram and Facebook. Needless to say, I am on my phone all day – from covering events to daily posts to clicking pictures – my phone is my life!
I use the OPPO F9 Pro phone and apart from the fact that it has a 25 MP front camera and a 6+ 64 GB inbuilt storage, there is one feature that actually got my attention – it’s battery life. The VOOC flash charge technology uses low voltage and high current charging solution. This makes it possible to charge it for 5 minutes and receive 2 hours of talk time. Yes! You heard me.
A regular day in my life starts with posting three stories in the morning, two stories in the afternoon and literally chasing people to do some shoutout or the other, I’m always on the go!
Sometimes, I even step out for events and it gets very annoying to keep walking around with a portable charger in my hand. So, by the end of the day (or sometimes in the middle of it) I run out of battery. That is why I used to have a hard time when I had to step out after work because charging facilities aren’t available at all places. Even when they are, I usually don’t have enough time to charge my phone for long because when you’re handling social media, everything needs to be shared in real time – you cannot miss out great moments! Plus, it’s waterproof too!
But not anymore – no matter how much I use my phone, I just have to take out 5 minutes to charge it and I can retrieve over 2 hours of usage time!
This makes it a great phone – not just stylish with gradient colours like red, purple, blue and black but technologically advanced too – and not just for me or someone with a similar profession. With a 16 MP front camera, it’s an absolute win-win for a selfie lover! It is also ideal for anyone who is on the go most of the time and considers their mobile phone an important part of their life.
