Yesterday was the actress and Rajya Sabha MP, Jaya Bachchan’s 70th birthday and we can be sure that she celebrated the milestone year in her own special way! While, her husband, Amitabh Bachchan, took to all of his social media accounts to wish her, her son, Abhishek called her his world! If you look at Amitabh and Jaya, you’ll probably feel butterflies in your stomach considering how cute they are together.

While the midnight celebration was a quiet and closed one, the party the next day was definitely a star-studded event! Jaya‘s close friends and favourite designers, Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla hosted an intimate birthday party for her on this special occasion! The guest list included her close friends Hiroo Johar, Reema Jain, Karan Johan, Amrita Singh and her daughter Sara Ali Khan and Sonam Kapoor amongst others!
