We all know Alia Bhatt is currently one celebrity with the most bizarre makeup/skincare hacks. From wiping off her lipstick to moving her lips instead of the products, there are a series of things she does that make no sense to the common makeup connoisseur. But stars are built different, and it’s their job to know the best way to use or apply makeup.
Now I’m not the biggest fan of heavy foundation, but since I have large pores and a fair amount of acne, I do appreciate a no-foundation routine myself. Alia too, doesn’t seem to fancy foundation but still somehow seems to have an almost perfect base. I can honestly say that this hack worked impressively well. A lot of my visible pores diminished in size after the first few uses and my entire face got a rosy glow. In fact, I also found that my skin absorbed products wayyy better after an ice facial.
Step 2: Moisturise, Moisturise, Moisturise
After two dunks in the icy cold water, she’s ready for the rest of her skincare. She can be seen using the D’you moisturiser and ISDIN sunscreen, both extremely hydrating products that help your skin glow and heal from the inside out.

The Gangubai Kathiawadi star then goes in with a gorgeous skin tint that looks and feels like a second skin. This acts as the base for the rest of her makeup. By prioritising skincare and opting for lightweight products, you can say bye to your heavy foundations and powders. While the icy facial might be a step out of the ordinary for many, its benefits are undeniable.
