The level of experimentation that we’ve noticed in bridal looks recently is appreciative, and the bride we’re talking about here also chose something that’s unconventional, classy and elegant. Meet Reena Takhar and Gary Bains, who recently tied the knot in an intimate gurudwara ceremony in Vancouver. Not only was the wedding was beyond beautiful, but Reena also impressed us with her choice of bridal attire, and we bet you’ll love it too.

The new bride chose to wear an ivory lehenga from the Falguni Shane Peacock Label. The intricate silver embellishments and the sequin embroidery all over the lehenga made it look ethereal. She paired it with a matching net dupatta with small embellished butis and matching border. Take a look!

Reena accessorised her gorgeous lehenga with kundan jewellery–a choker, matching earrings and a maangtikka. Instead of the traditional red chura, she opted to wear white chura and we must say that it complemented her bridal attire very well.
As for her makeup, she went for a fresh-faced look–a hint of smokey eyes, fluttery lashes and tons of mascara along with the right amount of blush and a nude pink lip shade. Unlike many other brides, Reena chose to keep her tresses open for her D-day and went for loose curls.
