While Vishal Kotian might have enjoyed his share of the limelight in the initial weeks of Bigg Boss 15, seems like things are beginning to finally turn against him. And this is not to say that he is a victim. Whatever is happening with him right now, Vishal has clearly called it upon himself. Yes, he did look like a strong player and a decent person when he first entered the house. But over the last couple of weeks, we have seen a really sinister and selfish side of his personality.
All of this started with the laboratory task earlier this month where he did not think twice before backstabbing his team (the junglewalas) to win his place in the main house. Now, while that was still excusable given that it is part of the game, what we observed in the past week was downright problematic. It sure needs to be addressed on an urgent basis. Since Day 1 in the Bigg Boss 15 house, he has been unnecessarily chummy and touchy with Tejasswi Prakash and things are going out of hand now. Last week, he was seen creepily leaning on Tejasswi and forcibly hugging her during a task. While the actress brushed it off as a joke initially, she could be seen getting visibly uncomfortable after a while. She even tried to push him a little when he tried hugging her for the third time. However, Vishal continued with his antics undeterred and did not pay any heed to Tejasswi’s apparent discomfort.
Later on, the actress was heard discussing the same with Jay Bhanushali. During the conversation, she raised how Vishal has been constantly making her uncomfortable both with his actions as well as his “dirty humour, the kind they [Colors TV] would never be able to telecast.” The actress further added, “The way he comes at me and hugs…I keep pushing him…that’s not humour.” Jay also agreed that Vishal often cracks jokes and says things that are “demeaning” to women.
That said, this is definitely not the first time that Vishal has been creepy with Tejasswi. In fact, he can be constantly seen hovering around the actress and attempting to touch her inappropriately while she is trying to dodge all his advances.
In the latest Weekend Ka Vaar episode as well, Vishal made a distasteful comment on Tejasswi and referred to her as “maal ladki.” It is rather shocking to see that no one has called him out for this lecherous behaviour especially the host, Salman Khan. If clips of Vishal being all creepy with Tejasswi and her complaints about the same are being shown on national television, then the Bigg Boss makers are very well aware of what’s happening in the house. Still, no one has raised as much as a finger on Vishal’s problematic behaviour and it is beginning to worry us now. It is definitely high time that the channel and BB makers take cognisance of what’s happening inside the house and put an end to it immediately!
