From Sonam Kapoor to Diana Penty, many desi divas are currently in Paris for the Haute Couture Week. Sushmita Sen is also in the French capital but for an entirely different reason. Turns out, her younger daughter Alisah is all grown up and would be soon leaving for studies abroad. The mommy dearest is thus ensuring to make some happy memories before her little one leaves home.
Sushmita recently took to Instagram and shared an adorable video from Paris. In the clip, she could be seen posing with Alisah and it was evident that the duo was having a great time. The mother-daughter also received many compliments in the comment section. Here, check out the video:
Later, the clip was re-shared by a pap page on Instagram and that’s when things got dirty. It was shocking to see people commenting on Alisah’s clothes and looks. Many made nasty remarks about her weight and how she looks nothing like Sushmita. Some even had unsolicited suggestions about how the actress should have asked her daughter to dress differently.
It just didn’t end here. Some creeps even made lewd comments about Alisah’s body and we are shook.
Yes, not everyone looks like Sushmita Sen. What we fail to understand is how is that a bad thing? We are all beautiful in our own way and that’s what makes us unique. More importantly, who are we to advise anyone on what to wear and what not to wear? Just like beauty, dirt too lies in the eyes of the beholder. If someone has a problem with Alisah wearing a plunge neck dress, they should really check their own damn mindset.
