Kiara Advani was born to Jagdeep Advani, a Sindhi businessman, and Genevieve Jaffery, a teacher. Genevieve’s mom came from Scottish origin and her father belonged to Lucknow and was of the Muslim faith.

Kiara is related to many B-town celebs through her maternal side. Her step-great-grandfather is the late legendary Ashok Kumar. She is also the great-grand-niece of British Indian actor Sayeed Jaffery. Moreover, Kiara’s mother is childhood friends with many celebs from the industry, including Salman Khan and Juhi Chawla. More star power at the wedding?

Kiara appeared in her first-ever TV commercial along with her mother when she was only 8 months old!

Meet The Siblings

Kiara has two siblings, brother Mishaal Advani and sister Ishita Advani. Ishita is a lawyer by profession and married a fellow lawyer, Karma Vivaan in March 2022.

Her younger brother, Mishaal worked as a software engineer before pursuing his love for music full-time. During a trip to Los Angeles, he met American rapper ASAP Rocky and that’s when he decided to turn his passion into his profession. I also know that Mishaal gave a special performance at the sangeet with a song dedicated to the bride and groom. It was written and composed by him. Bhai ho to aisa!

Sidharth Malhotra doesn’t come from a filmy background and his family prefers to stay away from the limelight.

Meet The Parents

Sidharth Malhotra was born into a Punjabi family. His father, Sunil Malhotra, is a former captain in the Merchant Navy and his mother Rimma, is a homemaker. The two have remained out of the limelight and were recently seen arriving for the wedding.

During a recent media interaction, Rimma even mentioned how excited she is to have Kiara as her bahu. Aww!

Meet The Siblings

Sid has an elder brother Harshad, who is married to Purnima Malhotra. They have a son named Adhiraj. Harshad is the Director and Head of Business at LivFin, India’s Leading Supply Chain Finance Company.
