DIY Body Masks To Give Your Hands, Boobs And Butt Some Much-Needed TLC

A Firming Boob Mask

You’ll need:

  • Brown sugar
  • Almond Oil
  • Honey
  • Vitamin E oil
  • Oats
  • Aloe Vera
  • Vanilla extract (optional)

Method: 

Step 1: For a vanilla scrub that’s good enough to eat, mix 1 cup of brown sugar with half a cup of almond oil.

Step 2: Next, add 1 teaspoon each of vitamin E oil and vanilla extract along with 1 tablespoon of honey. 

Step 3: Then, add 2 tablespoons of ground oats and 2 tablespoons of aloe vera gel to the paste. Simply mix the ingredients in a glass bowl, store it in an airtight container, and use it for a month. Apply the polish all over your chest, and gently scrub your skin for around 7-10 mins, you can leave it for another 10-15 mins for best results.

For Smooth-AF Hands

You’ll Need:

  • Avocado
  • Raw honey 
  • Olive oil
  • Plain yogurt

Method:

Step 1: In a bowl, add 1 ripe avocado and mash it until there are no clumps.

Step 2: Then add 2 tablespoons of raw honey, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt to the mix. Blend the ingredients together and apply the mask all over your hands and arms. Leave it on for 20 to 25 minutes before rinsing it off.

For An Instant Glow-Up From Head-To-Toe

You’ll need:

  • Gram flour
  • Turmeric
  • Honey
  • Unsweetened yogurt/milk

Method:

Step 1: In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of gram flour along with 1 teaspoon of turmeric.

Step 2: Then, add 1 tablespoon each of honey and yogurt. Blend the ingredients and apply it to your arms, legs, and face. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes before washing it off with lukewarm water.

For Radiant Back And Booty

You’ll Need:

  • Sea salt
  • Sugar
  • Sunflower oil
  • Lemon
  • Pureed papaya
  • Orange essential oil

Method:

Step 1: In a bowl, add ½ a cup each of sea salt and sugar.

Step 2: Then, add ¼ cup of sunflower oil and 2 tablespoons of mashed papaya along with the lemon zest. Add 10 drops of orange essential oil to the mix. 

Step 3: Blend the ingredients and apply it on any of your body parts, try gently scrubbing it in circular motions for best results. This mood-boosting mask helps in boosting circulation and improves skin tone.
