This is literally my everyday go-to makeup look. It’s timeless and you can’t go wrong with it. Even if you’re a no makeup person, tell me you don’t want to look like this every day? That sun-kissed skin, nude lips and those subtle smokey eyes are literally what I’m living for right now.

It took us 10 minutes to recreate Aditi’s look and here’s a breakdown of everything we used!

1. The best way to achieve a look like this is by skipping foundation. Use a BB cream or a tinted moisturiser instead. I use the Ponds White Beauty Blemish Balm Fairness Cream (Rs 88) with my fingers when I’m in a rush or a foundation sponge if I have some extra time. Dab a little bit of liquid highlighter on your cheekbone, brow bone and the tip of your nose for a sun-kissed look. If you want an all-over glow, mix a smidge of it with the BB cream and apply it all over your face. The Wet n Wild MegaGlo Hello Halo Liquid Highlighter – Guilded Glow (Rs 675) is a stunning liquid highlighter. It gives you a subtle, radiant sheen. The highlighter has a luminous finish without making your face look like a hot mess.

2. Use a lip and cheek pencil to add a flush of colour to your cheeks and your lips. The Nykaa Pout Perfect Lip & Cheek Velvet Matte Crayon Lipstick – Bare It Babydoll (Rs 449) works really well for a nude look like this. Just apply very little on your lips and cheeks and smudge it out with your fingers.

3. For your eyes, use a warm brown eyeshadow palette like the Wet n Wild Color Icon Eyeshadow 10 Pan Palette – Nude Awakening (Rs 499). Use a fluffy brush like the Pro Arte Buffer Brush (Rs 250) and cover your eyelids with light brown eyeshadow. Create that intensity by building the pigment gradually. Use a darker shade of brown to achieve a brown smokey eye. Don’t go above your crease though. PS! We’re about to let you in on a makeup artists’ secret. Dark brown eyeshadow doubles up as eyebrow pomade. YOU’RE WELCOME!
