Street Style Stars Who Brought Their A-Game to Fashion Week!

As Amazon India Fashion Week wrapped up, it left us wanting more. We were surrounded by cues on how to dress stylishly this year. From Abraham and Tahkore’s spin on Indian street style, Shivan and Narresh’s sarees as beach cover-ups, Pero’s floral brigade to Gauri and Nainika’s grand ball gowns, inspiration was everywhere!

Not only did the runway keep us entranced, but the attendees kept us hooked! They reiterated the fact that, if you’re looking for the best dressed in town, there’s no better place than fashion week.

We’ve put together a list of the street style stars who brought their A-Game to fashion week. Here’s your outfit inspiration for the next season.

1. Matrix Galore!

Joshya Sethi shows us how a combination of wide-legged denim, an abstract print top, and red-rimmed matrix glasses can get you all the attention (even when you’re off the ramp.) To top it all, her hair buns were held in place by chopsticks. What’s not to love about this blockbuster look?

It seems like the entire squad went shopping together!

2. Statement Earrings

Shraddha Ajmani and Naina Ruhail are proof that shoulder dusters are here to stay and it seems like these Zara ones were the favourite at fashion week.

3. Saree 2.0

Dare to wear a saree to fashion week? Well.. why not if it looks as good as this one worn by Surbhi Sethi

Shraddha Gurung used a solid black pallu, shoulder dusters and a hint of tie-dye to create a fabulous look.

Checkmate! Jasleen Arora showed us a whole new way to style our grandmom’s saree.

A boho saree? Why not! Combine an off-shoulder top with wide-legged palazzos and drape your dupatta cleverly to make the outfit look like a saree.

4. Denim Love

According to Surbee Suri, there’s nothing known as too much denim. Quirky prints or slogans, we say yes to all! We’ve got our fashion goals right here, have you too?

5. Print On Print Baby!

Aanchal Rai teaches us a lesson on how to nail the art of mixing prints. Rustic colours and vintage prints with tea shade sunnies make for a winning look!

6. Let’s Get Catty!

Charuta Arvind Yadav combined a fanny pack with a cat printed co-ord set. We love how she has added the (required) pop of colour with her red mules.

7. White Done Right

There’s nothing known as too much tassel and Roshni Bhatia Seth shows us how to do tassels in white right!

Armed with the ruffle and sheer trend, polka dot stocking, and chunky white sneakers, Surbee Suri is on the right track.

8. Floral Fever

Naina Ruhail thinks drop-waist dresses are here to stay – and we agree!

9. Stripes To The Rescue

When you’re unsure about what to wear, let stripes get the better of you. Jaya and Prabhleen both chose a striped dress in a loose silhouette. How comfortable do these look?

10. Around The World In Style

Clad in a globe-shaped hat and a blazer with the world map printed on it, he definitely stole the show.
