Khushi Kapoor Has The Most Aesthetic Tattoos & Here’s A Sneak Peek

Spotted getting inked once again, Khushi Kapoor is on a roll when it comes to tattoos. The Archies star is clearly a fan of permanent body art and each of her tattoos have a meaning to them.

While we don’t have eyes on her latest tattoo (she’s probably waiting for it to heal), here’s a lowdown of some of her pieces so far. Her late mother, Sridevi also had some thoughts about tattoos. Read on to find out!

Did Khushi Get Permission From Mom Sridevi?

Like most kids, both Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor weren’t allowed to get tattoos when they were younger. While Khushi Kapoor is a huge fan of getting inked, her mom Sridevi wasn’t on the same page. Apparently, the late Sridevi didn’t approve of getting inked, according to both Khushi and Janhvi.

When Sridevi passed away Janhvi was 19 and Khushi was 17 years old. But after their mom’s death, even Janhvi who wasn’t really a fan of getting inked got her mom’s handwritten line tattooed on her forearm which reads “I love you my labbu”.

How Many Tattoos Does Khushi Kapoor Have?

Khushi Kapoor has around 10 tattoos that we know of. Not all of them are visible in her pictures yet she has spoken about having them and this is excluding the new one that she’s getting. But the ones that are visible have the sweetest sentiments behind them.

One of the tattoos that isn’t visible is her best friend’s name. Another tattoo is on her lower back which she is shy about sharing with the world. The lower back tattoo reads  ‘khud ki raah banao‘, which means ‘pave your own path’.

Khushi Kapoor’s Tattoos Spotted On Her Instagram

The sisterly love is strong because both of them have matching evil eye tattoos on their wrists.

The sibling love even extends to Khushi’s step-sister and Arjun Kapoor’s sister Anshula Kapoor as both of them have a puzzle piece tattoo that is complete when they put their arms beside each other,

Khushi Kapoor has the birth dates of her family members inked on her rib cage as well.

Janhvi Kapoor’s birth year, 1997, is also tattooed on Khushi’s right wrist.

Khushi has a dainty linework tattoo of a flower on her arm.

She also has multiple red ink tattoos on her body. One is on her nape which isn’t quite visible, but the red butterfly tattoos on her arms are pretty AF.

Khushi also has another amazing quote tattooed on her arm which reads ‘the rest will work itself out’.

How To Take Care Of Tattoos?

If you’re like Khushi Kapoor and love getting tattoos or you are simply planning on getting inked and want to know how to take care of them, here are a few tips.

Let the tattoo heal for a few weeks and use only what the tattoo artist tells you to apply over your tattoo during that period. Once the healing time is up, you can apply a layer of the Organic Harvest Organic Aloevera Gel With Saffron Extract over it to soothe inked skin at night and keep it healthy.

Whenever you go out in the sun, make sure to apply and reapply sunscreen over your tattoos because if you don’t they will fade and also age. The Derma Co. Hyaluronic Sunscreen Stick is so easy to apply over tattoos and is travel-friendly too.

Khushi Kapoor has taught me that life’s too short to not have tattoos. Getting inked is the next thing on my bucket list.
