Lazy Girl Guide: Transform Your Dry Hair In A Jiffy With These Hair Saviours!

Dry, frizzy hair? Too lazy to condition? Lazy girls, this one’s for you! We’ve got some quick and easy hacks for you to get your locks to be soft, shiny and frizz-free all year round. If you’re anything like me, I dread conditioning my hair. Even though my hair is frizzy and unruly, no matter how many conditioners and hair masks I’d try, my hair felt limp, weighed down and greasy. We’ve listed some amazing products and hacks that will help tame that dry, unruly mane and leave you doing hair-flips every time you walk!

Hack #1: Conditioner First

The reverse washing technique is a game changer. Unlearn everything you’ve learnt about washing your hair for one hot minute and consider this… Condition first, then shampoo! Sound alien? Give it a shot. In the shower, condition your hair from root to tip and leave it in for a minute or 5 if you like. Rinse mildly and apply shampoo and rinse one final time! This is the secret to getting your limp hair to have some volume!

Hack 2: Hair Spa At-Home

Extremely dry hair? Use a hair mask instead of conditioner! Don’t worry it’s not as tedious as it sounds. Use this quick, hassle-free hack to give yourself an at home hair spa. Wet your hair in the sink and wring it out a bit. Apply a hair mask all over the wet ends. Tie up your hair, throw on a shower cap if you want and lounge around for 30-40 minutes. Rinse and shampoo as usual!
