So I’ve had this lying around for a while, but have only just gotten around to using it – which is my own fault. What a gem of a product! This compact has the capacity to give you any look you want – from the clean girl makeup to sugar plum to strawberry, it fits every aesthetic that needs a bit of blush and bronzer.

I’ve been doing a full face of just this – I swatch it on my eyes and my cheeks for a basic, minimal yet eye-catching shimmery look that works perfectly for when you want to grab a couple of drinks with your friends or go somewhere really, really fancy for dinner. The shade is Hushed Tone and it’s a dusty, shimmery pink that blends oh so well into your skin.

The highlighter’s creamy texture merges seamlessly with your skin, avoiding any cakey or powdery residue. It’s as if your skin is naturally glowing from within, with a luminous sheen that subtly catches the light. Additionally, the durability of this highlighter is very impressive. It stayed put through a whole outdoor dinner without fading. If you need it to stay longer, wear it with a primer and go in with a setting spray, and trust me – it will not budge.

How To Use It

Start by lightly dipping a brush into the product. Gently tap off any excess – a little goes a long way with this pigment. Sweep the brush over the high points of your face where the light naturally hits: cheekbones, brow bones, down the bridge of the nose, and a touch on the cupid’s bow. For an eye-opening effect, dab a small amount on the inner corners of your eyes.
