Contrary to popular belief, celebrities don’t always have it easy. They are subjected to unwarranted trolling all the time. TV actress, Mahhi Vij, gave birth to a baby girl in August this year. Her daughter, Tara Jay Bhanushali, is three months old now and daddy Jay Bhanushali, keeps showing us her cutesy pictures on his social media handles.
The new mommy recently made an appearance on Bigg Boss 13 last night. Mahhi Vij, along with husband Jay Bhanushali, Parag Tyagi (Shefali Jariwala’s husband) and Umar Riaz (Asim Riaz’ brother) were a part of a panel on the weekend episode. While Jay Bhanushali represented Siddharth Shukla, Mahhi Vij was there to support Rashmi Desai. While fans were happy to see the telly world’s favourite jodi on the small screen, Mahhi was trolled also for her pregnancy weight.
The actress shared a few pictures on Instagram. One of her followers sent her a direct message, replying “Sharam Kar Moti”. Mahhi, on the other hand, didn’t take it lying down and shut down her troller. In an epic response, she rhetorically questioned the troll, “Was your mother thin after delivering u like IDIOT (sic).”
The Laagi Tujhse Lagan actress didn’t stop there. She further put up more stories saying that these kinds of trolls are representing their mothers by dropping such nasty comments, that too, on the pictures of those who put on post-delivery weight. She further hit out at fake account holders on Instagram that interestingly follow her. She wrote, “Don’t ask me what kind of a mother I am. I wish I could ask your mother, what kind of a child you are.” She further wrote that it is quite shocking to observe how these accounts have no followers at all but are in turn following her. Well, we have plenty of those all over social media, Mahhi. We feel you!
Mahhi seems to be enjoying her motherhood, and the way in which she is handling all her haters makes us want to say, more power to you!
