Dhanurasana/Bow Pose

This yoga pose is quite helpful when it comes to achieving a stronger orgasm and boosting your libido. It helps to achieve flexibility and releases stress.

How To Do It?

  • Lie flat on your stomach with your feet slightly apart, almost parallel to your hips. Keep your arms resting on the side of your body
  • Fold your knees up and hold your ankles with your hands
  • Breathe in and lift your chest off the ground; at the same time, pull your legs up and stretch
  • Hold the pose for 10-15 seconds, while taking deep breaths
  • Bring your chest and legs back to the ground, release your ankles, and relax with your hands on the side
  • Repeat several times

Setu Bandha Sarvangasana/Bridge Pose 

The Bridge pose helps strengthen your pelvic floor and it reduces pain during sex. It will improve your love-making by a million times.

How To Do It?

  • Lie down straight on your back.
  • Bend both knees and keep your feet hip-width apart and make sure your knees are in line with your ankles
  • Put your arms flat on the floor with your palms against the ground and stretch your fingers 
  • Lift your pelvic region off the ground and then your torso Keep your shoulders and head on the floor
  • Hold the pose for 5 seconds
  • Release

Ananda Balasana/ Happy Baby Pose

This is a variation of the missionary position. This yoga pose stretches your glutes and lower back.

  • Lie on your back
  • Exhale and bend your knees up toward your stomach
  • Inhale and reach up to grab the outside of your feet, and then broaden your knees
  • Flex your feet and push your heels upward as you pull down with your hands to stretch

Bhujangasana/Cobra Pose 

This yoga pose stretches your entire upper body and provides relief if you’re experiencing back pain. Practising this pose will help you to get better flexibility.

How To Do It?

  • Get on your belly with your feet apart and your hands beside your ribs
  • Extend your toes and press down with all ten toenails to activate your quadriceps
  • Rotate your inner thighs toward the ceiling to widen the lower back
  • Press down lightly with your hands, lift your head and chest, and roll your shoulders back and down.
  • Keep the back of your neck long and don’t lift your chin.
  • Keep your arms straight while keeping your shoulders away from your ears
  • Release
