Virat Kohli is certainly one of the best Indian cricketers. But he is also an equally talented actor. His memorable performances in various commercials have given us a taste of his talent. But what if I told you there is a Virat Kohli ad that you might not have even watched?
We recently stumbled upon an old advertisement featuring Virat and actress Genelia D’Souza. And OMG, we are shook! It was back in 2011 when the two featured in a commercial campaign for Fastrack. While Virat played a pilot in it, Genelia played an air hostess. In the clip, Virat and Genelia could be seen going into the cockpit and making out. But guess what? The advertisement was banned shortly after its release. Turns out, many aviation companies objected to the ‘adult content’ shown in it. They weren’t happy with how airline employees were shown in bad light in the ad.
