Being Asia’s richest family, it only makes sense for them to live life king-size. But this extravagant life didn’t come easy for them. Did you know Dhirubhai Ambani started with a salary of Rs 300 per month. And his wife Kokilaben stood beside him like a rock at all times. While Dhirubhai Ambani passed away in 2002, it was Kokilaben who took care of the family! Her kids share a close bond with her and we just came across something that proves our point.
Back in February 2022, the Ambanis had a grand celebration on Kokilaben’s 88th birthday. But is it even an Ambani bash without screaming luxury in 10 different languages? A fan page recently posted a throwback picture of Kokilaben’s birthday cake, and it’s something we haven’t seen before!
