In our mundane lives, watching porn while on the clock is frowned upon and it might even get you fired. But what if we told you there is a job that requires you to watch adult videos every day? Recently, a popular ethical sex website called Bedbible hired a 22-year-old woman from Scotland to watch porn for research in return for a handsome salary.
Earlier this year, the Bedbible had put out a vacancy wherein they offered a unique role that allowed one to literally get paid to watch porn. The job description on the company site read, “Want to get paid to watch porn? Then Bedbible.com has the perfect job for you. We are taking a deep dive into the ins and outs of porn. And we need your help to do this! We’re looking for a person to watch online pornographic videos. The task is to gather information and data points on certain areas of focus. ”
Rebecca’s first assignment was to watch Pornhub’s 100 most-watched porn films and make a report about the duration and the sex positions featured in them. Clearly, she excelled at the task ‘coz she was picked from 90,000 applicants for the position of Bedbible’s Head of Porn Research. Her new job pays her $20 (Rs 1,500) an hour and NGL we are jealous!
“I saw it and thought that was just the ideal job, who wouldn’t want to get paid to watch porn? I’m honestly shocked that I was picked for the job as I’m from a small town where not much happens, so it’s a great opportunity and I’m glad to be a part of the project,” shared Rebecca in an interview with an international magazine.
Now Rebaca’s everyday hustle will include watching online pornographic videos and gathering information and data points on certain topics, such as sex duration, the number of orgasms, sex positions, male to female ratio, language distribution, and hair colour distribution.
