This weekend was quite a riot at the Kapoor household. Moments ago, Sonam Kapoor took to Instagram to give us a nice, close look at her custom-made Anamika Khanna outfit. We love how she opted for a breezy anarkali instead of a heavy lehenga or saree. Done in flowy georgette and organza silk, the outfit has gota, marodi, and thread work. The organza dupatta features a patchwork border which brings a vintage appeal to the ensemble. Sonam Kapoor kickstarted her phot dump last night with a picture of Rhea and her together. “Side by side or miles apart, we sisters will always be connected by heart. Honoured to be the sister of the most beautiful bride. Love you,” she captioned it. In the picture, two can be seen showing off their D-day looks in full glory and we can literally feel the sibling love oozing in the still.

Next in the series is a picture of Sonam with the dulha, Karan Boolani. “You’ve always been family. Your friendship is even more important than your title of being my brother-in-law. But I’m so ecstatic that you are! Love you,” she wrote.

We love how the actress can be seen all-emotional in the last picture. A younger sibling’s shaadi is truly that big a deal. It’s like they aren’t the chota bachcha anymore and well, that is indeed a lot to take, right?
