There are a lot of things that made Bigg Boss 15 unforgettable—Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash’s romance, Umar Riaz and Rajiv Adatia’s bromance and a lot of explosive fights. Remember Teja and Shamita Shetty’s intense argument that shook us all?
While the show has ended, it appears Tejasswi and Shamita are not ready to bury the hatchet anytime soon. NGL, we were kinda hoping the two would let things go and become friends. However, the Cash actress has made it clear that it is a far-fetched dream.
In a recent interview, Shamita spoke about Teja’s Bigg Boss victory and said that it was Pratik Sehajpal who truly deserved to win. The actress said, “I definitely believe that Pratik should have won as his game was much better. Be it in tasks or taking stands, he did everything with utmost honesty. In comparison, he really deserved to be the winner.”
Shamita added, “On the other hand, it was pin-drop silence when Tejasswi’s hand came up. I think that just says it all.”
What All Went Down In Bigg Boss 15…
During their stay in the Bigg Boss house, Tejasswi and Shamita often locked horns ‘coz of the latter’s closeness with Karan. However, all hell broke loose when the Naagin actress made some problematic remarks on Shamita–called her an ‘aunty’ and accused her of hitting on her boyfriend. When she was questioned, Teja refused to apologise and made excuses to cover up her comments. Her derogatory remarks left everyone in shock and later Shamita’s sister Shilpa Shetty called out Tejasswi for age-shaming her sister.
Shilpa said, “Jab ek aurat dusri aurat ko niche dikhane ki koshish karti hai, chaahe wo meri behen ho ya koi aur ho, then that’s a sign of weakness, and main iss cheez ko kabhi support nahi karti (When a woman tries to pull another woman down, regardless of whether or not she’s my sister, then that’s a sign of weakness and I do not support it)”
Not just Shilpa, a lot of people expressed outrage over Tejasswi’s statement! After Tejasswi’s big Bigg Boss win, many called the decision ‘unfair’ and that caused a lot of controversies.
TBH, we don’t think Shamita is ready to let this slide and we can’t blame her for this. As for Teja, we hope she realises her mistake and avoids making such comments on anyone in future.
