Now, apply an illuminating sunscreen which also works as a primer for both sun protection and a glowy base. Blend a hydrating foundation on your face and neck. Follow with an illuminating concealer on areas that require extra coverage. Strategically apply setting powder on areas that tend to get oily. Apply a dewy setting spray with the help of a beauty blender sponge to set your base.
Step 2: Raise The Brow
