The young and very talented DJ Avicii is gone too soon leaving his family and fans in shock. He was just 28 years old and was found dead in Muscat, Oman on Friday afternoon. The untimely demise of the Swedish DJ has left the entire music industry speechless. Rita Ora, Calvin Harris, Ellie Goulding, Charlie Puth and other musicians expressed their grief on social media.
His publicist Diana Baron stated, “It is with profound sorrow that we announce the loss of Tim Bergling, also known as Avicii. He was found dead in Muscat, Oman this Friday afternoon local time, April 20th. The family is devastated and we ask everyone to please respect their need for privacy in this difficult time. No further statements will be given.”
