Recently, the social media page of Discovery Plus dropped the teaser of Oprah Winfrey’s talk show called Super Soul. And PC’s fans were elated to see the actress make her debut on the show as a guest. Yep, our Desi Girl will soon be hosted by Oprah on her show and we are intrigued!
Oprah Winfrey created quite a stir recently when she hosted Meghan Markle and Prince Harry on her show. Major secrets were spilled by the former actress and her husband about the British Royal family that shocked viewers. And now that the first promo of PC’s interview is out, we cannot deny that we are super excited to get a sneak peek into the actress’ life. Take a look at the promo here:
In the promo, Oprah can be seen talking about Priyanka’s memoir Unfinished that has made some surprising revelations about the actress’ life. During the conversation, PC explains her decision to release Unfinished during the pandemic and what motivated her to complete it in the first place.
She said, “I felt like I could leave behind the insecurities of my 20s and not worry about the things that used to scare me before. I have a little bit more confidence in myself and what I bring to the table, professionally, personally. I think that really helped me address my life.”
In Unfinished, the Quantico actress opened up about her experience with racism and bullying. Honestly, it will be inspiring to hear her talk about her journey candidly with the veteran talk show host.
In the teaser of the show, Oprah also asks PC about her plans to start her family with her husband, Nick Jonas. Priyanka and Nick tied the knot in a multi-day wedding in 2018. NGL, it will be interesting to learn what the couple have planned for their future.
Meanwhile, their fans loved watching the duo announcing Oscar nominations together and felt super proud when The White Tiger got nominated for Best Adapted Screenplay. For the unversed, Priyanka has not just produced the movie but has starred in it too.
