From the Met Gala to Cannes Film Festival, the past month was all about star-spangled fashion galas. We had a hell of a time closely watching all the glitz and glamm unfold at both the events. However, through it all, we had this gnawing feeling that something was missing. Can you guess what, or should we say, who? It was Priyanka Chopra, aka our very own Piggy Chops.
The past few months have been a little challenging for the actress and her husband, Nick Jonas. The two had a baby girl in January this year who then had to spend a lot of time in NICU. Both the parents were busy taking care of their baby girl who is now healthy and happy at her home. This means that we will finally get to see more of PC. Last evening, the new mom made it to a star-studded event by Italian luxury brand Bulgari and it was her outfit that left us awestruck. Here’s a lowdown:
Shining Like A Star! PC Killing It With Her Bejewelled Gown
Last night, Priyanka jetted off to Paris to attend BVLGARI’s (Bulgari) Eden The Garden of Wonders Event. The jewellery launch saw a lot of stars in attendance in head-turning looks and PC’s metallic gown featured high on the list. The actress more than made up for her red carpet hiatus in a sequined Rasario gown. The draped garment featured a décolletage baring neckline, a beautifully draped skirt, long sleeves, and padded shoulders. PC finished off the look with a statement Bulgari choker and wavy hair.
It is the dynamic hue of her gown that we really love. The champagne and rust sequins make it look like melting gold—magical albeit extra hot. The silhouette is working great for PC’s frame and her nude lippie is the cherry on the cake here. Generally, we do not approve of gold with silver but it is def working in this look and the sharp contrast is further highlighting Priyanka’s choker.
This is a 10/10 look and the only thing that we hate is that we did not get to witness more of PC’s elevated style at the big red carpet events this year. Here’s hoping that we get to see more of it in the months ahead.
