Wanted To Be A Teacher, Not An Actor
When Niti moved to Mumbai, she had only one goal in mind—to focus on her studies. But life had other plans. The Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan actress has earlier spoken about the fact she wanted to teach children. Out of nowhere, she got a call for an audition for a Balaji show and the rest is history.
The Shocking ‘Blue Baby’ Episode
Not a lot of people know that Niti almost died the moment she was born. The actress was born as a blue baby (a baby with a blue complexion from lack of oxygen) and she ‘died after a few minutes’. Luckily the doctors were able to save and revive her.
No Intimacy Rule
After her marriage, Niti has kept her distance from shooting intimate scenes. In several media interactions, the actress confessed that she is too shy to pull off such a sequence. She shared in an interview, “I am getting OTT offers as well but they have intimate scenes for the sake of it and I am not okay about doing them. Finding the right project is taking time.”
Rich Family Background
Niti belongs to a wealthy multi-religious family and she is very close to her parents. Her father, Sandip Taylor is a Gujarati businessman who owns a real-estate firm in Gurugram called ‘Aditi Estate’.
Niti’s Personal App
In December 2018, Niti launched her app called Niti Taylor. She collaborated with a New York-based tech firm called EscapeX for a more personalised experience for her fans. At the lunch of her app, she said, “I’m hoping to keep it very interactive and I promise to keep checking it as often as possible. I will have a lot of contests, exciting gratifications and much beyond my life on television. I am excited to personally connect with all my fans. I will be using this platform to address some issues about social media trolling and body shaming too”
Forever The Optimist
Niti is a glass-half-full sort of her. In an interaction with a leading daily, she spoke about her philosophy in life. The actress said, “People ask me, ‘Why are you so happy?’. I tell them that I have learnt that you have to love yourself. No one will do it for you. I do things in life, not to impress others but what makes me happy”
