If you were to google the term ‘husband goals’ we are certain you’ll find Nick Jonas’ picture right on the top. The American singer never misses a chance to go all out for his wifey Priyanka Chopra and we love him for it. Recently, Nick opened up about how he made Mother’s Day special for PC and our hearts are melting!
This Mother’s Day was extremely special for Priyanka and Nick as it was their first celebration as new parents. The couple welcomed their baby girl Malti Marie Jonas earlier this year and since then we have been waiting to get any update about the little munchkin.
On the Jimmy Fallon show, Nick spilled the beans about the Mother’s Day celebration and shared, “It was her (Priyanka’s) first one, so did a little thing at the house. Got her a citrus tree that I’m going to plant this week.”
When Jimmy asked Nick if the tree held some special significance, Nick said, “New life, new things and the beauty of citrus trees.”
Can we just say this sounds like the perfect gift for the new mama? Priyanka is one lucky lady!
When Nick & Priyanka Shared A Glimpse Of Baby Malti
On Mother’s Day, Priyanka and Nick made us all emotional with the sweetest post for their daughter. The two shared the first picture of their baby girl and penned, “On this Mother’s Day we can’t help but reflect on these last few months and the rollercoaster we’ve been on, which we now know, so many people have also experienced. After 100 plus days in the NICU, our little girl is finally home. Every family’s journey is unique and requires a certain level of faith, and while ours was a challenging few months, what becomes abundantly clear, in retrospect, is how precious and perfect every moment is.”
Clearly, Nick is cherishing every bit of this new phase and we can not wait to hear more about this father-daughter duo. We just wish we get more pictures of baby Malti soon!
