Attributing the fallout to their different working styles, Nia said that things escalated to the point where the duo just stopped communicating with each other. She further added that they were always at each other’s throats.

“It went to a point that we were ready to kill each other, it was that bad a situation on the set. I would hate to go on the set because I had to see his face and I am sure he felt the same way,” said Nia.

The Jamai Raja actress shared that things turned ugly and the channel had to intervene to sort things out. “The channel had to intervene and take us on a conference call to tell us, ‘Guys, the show is doing amazingly well but whatever you guys are up to, it is showing on-screen, so please get over that and be professional enough,” said Nia.

She further added that it was from this point onwards that the duo resolved their issues and went on to become friends. “Now, it is like a family thing,” said the actress.

In an interview with another portal, Ravi also shared that during the initial year of Jamai Raja, they were winning the best jodi awards but they were not seeing eye to eye. In fact, he revealed that they would do their scenes and go back to their vanity vans.
