A Brow Pencil For The Lips? Check It Out

Lady Gaga enlists a brown brow pencil into the equation — she goes over the contours of her lips with it — and overlines ever so slightly to add dimension to the lips. The singer-cum-songwriter goes on to retrieve three lipsticks for the rest of the hack. The first one is a cool-toned, deep brown that she applies to the outer thirds of the lip. The second features a bright shade of red that she paints the centre of her lips with, and the third is a dusty pink that she uses to blend both colours. Gaga concludes with a hydrating lip oil to endow the look with some sheen and glisten.

The point of the hack is simple. A darker shade encircling the outside of the lip, and a brighter shade filling in the centre highlights your pout even more — and the brow pencil just plays into the illusion.
