People say that matches are made in heaven, but we have all the reasons to believe that they are made in the Bigg Boss house. One of our favourite BB love stories of all time is of Aly Goni and Jasmin Bhasin. NGL, for the longest time, we have been waiting for the two to get hitched. However, it appears that #JasLy fans will have to wait a while longer to see them in the dulha-dulhan avatar.
Recently, Jasmin opened up about her wedding plans and revealed that she never talks about shaadi plans with Aly. In an interview, the actress said, “Honestly, we don’t discuss marriage, we only discuss work and at this stage of our careers, work is a priority for both of us. When the marriage has to happen, it will happen. Right now, we are concentrating on our work. I am not thinking of marriage for the next four-five years. Frankly, my relationship with Aly has never come in the way of my career, rather it has enhanced it as we got to do certain assignments together.”
Jasmin added, “My individuality is very much retained. How you conduct yourself and where you draw the line is up to you.”
TBH, it is refreshing to hear this! Often, people lose their individual selves in a relationship and it can be quite tough to balance your career and personal life. Kudos to Aly and Jasmin for showing us how it is done!
Looking Back At Aly & Jasmin’s Love Story
Like all great love stories in the world, #JasLy started off as friends. The two appeared together for the first time in Khatron Ke Khiladi and their chemistry was hard to miss from the start. Within no time, their fans started speculating if they were dating. But, #JasLY dismissed the rumours and maintained that they were ‘just good friends’. Later, Jasmin was also spotted on the sets of Nach Baliye 9 where she came to support Aly, who was competing with his former girlfriend, Natasa Stankovic.
When Jasmin made her way to Bigg Boss 14, Aly followed her as her supporter. The two realised their feelings for each other in the house, and the rest as they say is history.
While we would love to see Jasmin and Aly’s tying the knot, we totally agree with their reasons for taking things slow. After all, who says you need a ring on your finger to show your love. Sometimes just an Insta snap is enough. *wink*
