A decade ago, Anushka Sharma made an appearance on Simi Grewal’s talk show. In a candid convo, Simi asked the Pari actress, “Why are you not dating Ranveer?” To this, Anushka replied, “If you know Ranveer and me really well, you’ll realize that we’re very different people. We have a very volatile relationship, we can kill each other. I can take his head off, and he can take mine off. Because if we ever had to be in a relationship, we see life in a different light. He’s a very practical person, and I’m extremely impractical. I like him, he’s attractive and everything but for me, a relationship can’t be very frivolous. When Ranveer Singh Talked About Terribly Missing Anushka
Back in 2013, Ranveer was questioned about his bond with Anushka during a media interaction. Ranveer mentioned that a distance had grown between them, and they had stopped talking like before. He also admitted he was missing her terribly and expressed his fury at all the negative articles about Anushka. The Gully Boy actor said, “Yes. I miss her tremendously. She is full of love. Too many people have misunderstood her. Too many people just don’t get where she is coming from and the kind of person that she is. She is one of the purest and most honest people I have ever met. It’s a big thing to say therefore it may sound to the reader like an exaggeration. Honestly, I’ve met few people who have nothing but purity in their heart and soul. I get angry when I read negative articles about her. It infuriates me more than my own negative articles.”
We’re happy that Anushka and Ranveer found their happily-ever-afters in Virat and Deepika. TBH, it’s hard to imagine #Virushka and #DeepVeer with anyone else now.
