When Debina Met Gurmeet
Debina and Gurmeet‘s love story is every bit dramatic as it can get! The two met on the sets of Ekta Kapoor’s Ramayan but at the time they couldn’t even stand each other. Over the years, they became friends and fell in love. Now comes the filmy part— most people believe that Debina and Gurmeet got married in 2011 but the truth is the couple eloped and got hitched in 2006.
In an old interview, the actor revealed the truth and said, “We told our families only a year and a half ago when we made a name for ourselves. A lot of people think that I and Debina met while filming for Ramayan, and then we got married in 2011. Very few know that when we were nothing, we weren’t actors, we were only looking for work – we were just 19 and 20 years old, we eloped and got married, in 2006. We did not tell our parents. Our friends helped us to get married at a temple in Goregaon”
Now that’s what you call a crazy love story! We are sure Debina and Gurmeet’s little one would have a ton of fun hearing their parents’ tales.
