Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani know how to live life king-size and their royal wedding isn’t the only proof. Rumour has it that the newlyweds have purchased a lavish home in Bandra, Mumbai. It comes with a price tag of Rs 70 crores! Reportedly, this swanky sea-facing bungalow has about 12 floors with an unrestricted view of the Arabian Sea.

Sid bought this property a month before his wedding as a gift for his dulhan, Kiara. If this doesn’t make him hubby #1, I don’t know what will!

Alia & Ranbir’s Fancy Abode

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor moved into a bigger mansion in Bandra after the birth of their daughter Raha. This new 15-storey building is still under construction, but I’ve got all the deets. Buzz has it that the first five floors of the residential tower are reserved for the Kapoors.

The mansion will also include an indoor swimming pool, separate office spaces for Alia and Ranbir, as well as two floors just for parking. While the price of this lavish home is undisclosed, no brownie points for guessing that it’s hella expensive.

Only The Best For DP & Ranveer

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh recently made headlines for buying a house worth Rs 119 crore. The luxurious 19-storey home is around 11, 266 sq. ft. and located right next to Shah Rukh Khan‘s Mannat in Bandra. According to grapevine, Ranveer and DP will rent the lowers floors, while keeping the 16th, 17th and 18th penthouse floors for themselves. The best part? This one also has a great view of the ocean. Honestly, I am feeling very gareeb writing about these celeb homes!

Vicky & Kat’s Stunning Nest In Juhu

The newly married duo, Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif have moved into their eight-storey property in the Rajmahal building of Chandrabai Nagar. I hear that this beautiful home is nothing short of a dreamland with contemporary light fixtures and a modern aesthetic. The couple has rented it for approximately Rs 9 lakh per month and it includes a state-of-the-art gym and a sea-facing sit out. Thanks to Kareena Kapoor‘s Instagram, we often get a sneak-peek into her new four-floor residence. They moved in last year and by looking at the pics, I can tell this house sports a similar old-world charm as their previous one. Reportedly, the house is for approximately Rs 6 crores.

The interior designer, Darshini Shah spilled some tea about their new home in a recent interview. She said, “It’s a lot larger than their old house; it’s more spacious with beautiful terraces, a swimming pool, outdoor areas, and open spaces that have been landscaped. It has room for everyone.”

Shahid & Mira’s Luxe Duplex

Costing a whopping Rs 59 crores, Shahid and Mira Kapoor‘s home in Worli is every bit fabulous. Designed by Annkur Khosla, it has a minimalistic theme with beige and brown colours. But to keep things fun, the house also has several accent pieces and colourful motifs. However, the biggest highlights of the house for me was the grand piano in their living room. Check it out:

Kartik’s Fam-Jam Pad

In January, Kartik Aryan rented out his sea-facing Juhu apartment for approx Rs 30 crore from Shahid Kapoor. Currently, the Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 actor lives here with his parents and sister. The house looks all things spectacular as it boasts a minimal yet modern aesthetic. And I am loving Kartik’s bedroom in particular. In one of his Instagram posts, the actor showcased his room and I can’t get over the blue and white theme that’s going on there.

Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli moved into their Rs 34-crore house sometime in 2021. The terrace garden, private gym and the spacious modular kitchen are a few of the many other state-of-the-art amenities in this lush property. It has a 7000 sq. ft. area with four bedrooms. And I hear that the newest addition to the house is a playroom for baby Vamika.

Samantha’s Home Sweet Home

Earlier, Samantha Ruth Prabhu stayed in a luxe villa in Hyderabad. However, she recently moved cities and purchased a luxurious property in Mumbai worth Rs 15 crore. This brand new house has three large bedrooms with sea-facing balconies. However, Samantha does not live alone here in this pad. She has the companionship of her two lovely dogs, Hash and Sasha!
