Malaika Arora is the OG goddess of all things glamorous! She’s always in the spotlight for her sizzling dance numbers and for serving stunning fashion looks on the ‘Gram. This time around, our dear Malla is turning heads again–but it’s not for what you think.
The Chaiyya Chaiyya dancer is deep diving into the world of nutrition and writing a book on all things healthy. You read that right! Our glam queen is turning author and penning a tell-all book about her healthy eating routine. Her book will also cover the oh-so-complex relationship between food and us, including eating right and overall well-being.
Talking about her book, Malaika says, “It will help us share our insights with people at large. I personally believe in the comprehensive well-being of our body. Concentrating on just one, does not support the other. So the idea is to promote good health inside out and we have barely scratched the surface as of now.”
Preeti Chaturvedi, the founder and CEO of The Sunflower Seeds, agented this new book. Adding to Malaika’s comments, she said, “Malaika’s overall level of fitness is a testimony to the principles of healthy eating that she lives by. While her followers have engaged with her on social media, the book will offer them a unique opportunity to understand the concept and details of healthy living in much greater detail in Malaika’s terms”.
The elder sister of the Arora duo dons several hats, but TBH we never thought ‘author’ would be one of them. However, knowing that the stylish actress always seeks perfection in every project, we can’t wait to get our hands on her new masterpiece. Keep going Malla, we’re always cheering you on!
