Tip 1: It’s all about hydration!

Stay hydrated and find products that will nurture and pamper your skin. Vata skin is also said to be really thin and sensitive. This means that you need to be mindful of what products you use. Try to look for alternatives that are natural and include some essential oils in your regime. The healing benefits that are derived from essential oils in Ayurveda are unmatched! Luckily for us, a lot of Ayurveda companies make natural, organic products rich in essential oils. We suggest a good hydrating moisturiser combined with a facial mist to keep your skin from drying out.

Tip 1: Exfoliate once a week.

Exfoliate regularly…Oily skin leads to an enormous build-up of dead skin cells. These, in turn, make you look dull and clog your pores causing blackheads and whiteheads. Use a good face and body scrub and try to schedule a monthly clean-up at a reputable salon.
