The Punjabi-Canadian singer has managed to hit us right in the feels with his latest track, “With You.” The video features Banita Sandhu, and AP fans are convinced that the singer has finally found love!
The entire video was filmed on a phone and appears to be a compilation of candid moments shared between the two during a trip to Italy. Previously, the singer mentioned Khushi Kapoor in his song “True Stories,” sparking speculation that the two were dating. All of these rumours, however, were put to rest with the release of this video. Netizens now believe that even True Stories was a dedication to Banita since she does look a lot like Khushi Kapoor when she smiles. Now, even the tiniest doubts have been cleared, as Banita was also spotted at AP’s documentary premiere on August 16.
Who Is Banita Sandhu?
Banita Sandhu is a British-Indian model and actress who is known for her work in the Indian film industry. But did you know she made her debut with Varun Dhawan? Yes, that’s right! The actress was first seen opposite Varun in Shoojit Sircar’s film October, released in 2018. She was highly praised for her performance in the film, and she later made her Tamil debut with Adithya Varma.
In 2021, Banita was also seen sharing screen space with Vicky Kaushal in Sardar Udham. While she has only done two Bollywood films, she has starred in several English TV series, including Painting Humanity, Pandora, and Bridgerton. She was most recently seen in a Rajasthan Tourism ad, – Romance In Rajasthan, directed by R. Balki.
