Amitabh’s Granddaughter Navya Naveli Launches Virtual Healthcare Platform For Women

Amitabh Bachchan’s granddaughter, Navya Naveli, is the newest and youngest Bachchan to enter the biz. Navya recently graduated from college and it was a time when everyone was expecting her to finally step foot into B-town. But the youngster decided to use her clout to help women instead. Navya’s been very clear about her lack of interest in being a part of Bollywood, as her mother Shweta Bachchan always warned her about the cons of being in the industry. Navya took to Instagram to announce the launch of her healthcare platform for women, Aara Healthcare.

Going by the mission statement posted on the Aara Instagram account, it seems to be a virtual platform to empower and educate women while providing them with reliable healthcare products.

Navya and three of her friends Ahilya Mehta⁣, Mallika Sahney⁣ & Pragya Saboo, are the four founders.

“We are young and independent women who have come together to solve a common problem that has not been given the attention it deserves. Our different backgrounds and experiences have inspired us to help empower other women!” said an Instagram post. ⁣

Navya’s new venture has received lots of encouragement from her friends and fam. “Bravo ladies. Onwards and Upwards” said Shweta Bachchan. “Well done Navya. Proud of you,” said Abhishek. Navya’s rumoured boyfriend Meezaan Jaafery also congratulated her.

Navya recently graduated from her college in New York but, due to the Coronavirus lockdown, missed her graduation ceremony. Since she wanted to wear a robe and a hat, the staff at the Bachchan house created a robe and a hat for her and hosted a graduation party in their house. A very proud Amitabh shared pictures and videos of his little star to his Twitter account.

“Grand daughter NAVYA .. Graduation Day .. graduated from College in New York .. Corona cancelled travel & ceremony .. But she wanted to wear gown & cap, staff stitched impromptu gown & cap took pictures at home to celebrate occasion .. such a positive happy attitude,” he captioned the post.

Here’s wishing Navya and her friends the very best!
