Recently, Donal Bisht hinted that Karan Kundrra and Tejasswi Prakash’s bond might not be as authentic as their fans would like to believe. After her eviction from Bigg Boss 15, she revealed that the makers paid extra attention to certain gharwalas that made her quite suspicious. Honestly, this revelation confused us as well and we wondered if BB was pushing a fake love story for TRP. Now, we have another reason to question the entire #Tejran angle and it is quite shocking.
Akasa Singh got evicted from the BB house in the last Weekend Ka Vaar episode. Soon after her elimination, the singer spilled some beans about Karan and Tejasswi’s relationship and claimed that it might be fake.
During an interview with a leading daily, Akasa revealed that the fact that she didn’t have a romantic relationship in the house, might have caused the elimination. She said, “I’m glad that I didn’t go that route though everyone in the house had started teasing Pratik and me because we were together 24/7. But we are proud of how pure and genuine it was. My values are way beyond content, I guess it’s not so for other people. I feel like a fool for trying to set up Karan and Tejasswi because I don’t think it’s genuine at all.”
Akasa was the first person in the house who acted as a cupid and encouraged Karan to express his feelings for Teja. The fact that she’s now doubting the entire thing herself is truly surprising for many of us.
While talking about her doubts, Akasa said, “Karan has been a close person to me so I thought if he likes her I’ll help them because I am a matchmaker in real life. I like love stories. Even with Ieshaan and Miesha, I encouraged them a lot because I thought it was genuine, but I don’t know anymore. Before I got evicted, Karan asked me ‘Yeh zyada ho raha hai kya (is this too much?)’ I said take a step back and see what happens on the other side. After I see what’s happening now I don’t think it’s very genuine.”
Recently, Karan made a heartfelt confession for Tejasswi and expressed how deeply he felt about her. While the actress said that they’re just good friends, she revealed that she felt the same way about him. But now, with Akasa claiming that their bond might just be another gimmick by the makers of BB 15, we wonder how ‘real’ is this reality show after all.
