Afsana Khan Opens Up About Her Struggles On Bigg Boss 15 & We Can’t Help But Feel Inspired

It’s no secret that celebrities enjoy living a lavish lifestyle and we all envy their lifestyle sometimes. However, there is no doubt that they’ve worked hard and struggled quite a bit to achieve stardom. Punjabi singer Afsana Khan, who is currently a part of Bigg Boss 15, is a fine example. 

In a recent episode, while conversing with the fellow contestants Jay Bhanushali, Vidhi Pandya, and Donal Bisht, the singer opened up about her journey and fam, we gotta say that it’s inspiring AF. Afsana revealed that at one point of time she couldn’t afford to buy a bottle of water worth Rs 20. 

Afsana shared that she has struggled for almost 10-11 years. She said, “Patiala padti thi, study meri free thi. Wo pani ki bottle 20 rupay ki mai sochke leti thi, ki loon ki nahi loon. Ek kurkure ka packet leke pura 2.5-3 ghante ka safar nikalti thi (I used to think a lot even before buying a bottle of water when I was studying in Patiala. I used to survive on a packet of snacks during my 2.5-3 hours of traveling time).” She also revealed that she used to sing at ‘fairs’ to earn money.

The Titliaan Warga singer further explained that things became better for her after she participated in the reality show Rising Star. She also explained that she started earning after gaining popularity on the show and eventually reached where she is today.  After hearing about her struggles,  Jay, Vidhi and Donal praised her efforts and further discussed how struggles play an important role in everybody’s career.

Well, we gotta say we’re feeling really proud of the singer for making it so far in life. Here wishing her all the best for her journey ahead in Bigg Boss 15.
