Dangal Actress Zaira Wasim Was Molested In-Flight By A Passenger And It's Disgusting!

I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again, I’m a huge fan of Zaira Wasim. I’ve watched both her films, ‘Dangal’ and ‘Secret Superstar’, and there’s no denying that she’s a brilliant and talented actress. Since I love her work to bits, it’s only obvious for me to follow my favourite budding superstar on Instagram. It was a normal Sunday morning – I woke up, made myself breakfast, lied down on my sofa and fiddled with my phone for a while. As soon as I opened Instagram, Zaira Wasim’s insta-story orb was the first to pop up on my screen. I instinctively tapped on her story and what I saw after, shattered my soul…

On a trip from Delhi to Mumbai, she filmed her disheartening experience on insta-stories and later did a live video expressing her displeasure at the incident. If you haven’t seen her stories yet, we’ve got screenshots. The end will leave you in tears.

1. Wow! That view is breathtaking.

2. Oh! There’s Zaira! Wait, what does that text mean anyway?

3. *Camera slowly pans to something that looks like a disgusting foot*

4. The story gets uglier from here on…

6. WTF did we just read?!

5. We repeat – THIS happened in a flight from Delhi to Mumbai

6. Please be safe. Stay strong, Zaira.

7. It definitely WASN’T the turbulence!

8. Because acting civilized in a social setting is still taboo to ‘some’ idiots.

9. This is just awful!

10. In spite of Zaira informing the flight’s crew members, no action was taken. (Just wow, guys! You deserve a standing ovation for doing absolutely nothing about the situation.)

The live video is still trending on Zaira’s Instagram profile. Watch it before it disappears after 24 hours.

Before we sign off, we want you to know that this, not the first time a case of molestation has occurred, and definitely not the first of its kind generally. Today, it, unfortunately, happened to Zaira. Tomorrow it could happen to you or a loved one. We urge you to stay strong in times like these and put up a fight. Don’t keep quiet and brush the incident off like a pinch of salt. Stand up for yourself and show the world that lowlife’s true colours. You can do it! Remember, change happens with YOU! Don’t let anyone break your spirit. Good luck!
