Whenever a television buff is asked about who their favourite TV couples are, Sanjeeda Shaikh and Aamir Ali’s names definitely come forth. Much to our surprise though, all is not well between the two.
According to media reports, a source close to both of them has revealed that there have been issues in their marriage for some time now. And the two aren’t currently staying together.
However, it was on December 20 last month that Aamir had shared a video on his Instagram, wishing Sanjeeda a very happy birthday. He captioned it, “Happy bday love.. Ull always be a part of me n in my heart always.. stay happy n blessed.. #happybirthday 😘🤗” (sic)
Not just him, even Sanjeeda had wished her hubby last year on his birthday by posting an aww-dorable selfie with him. She wrote, “@aamirali my wish for you is that you continue to love life😘😘 and never stop dreaming ..i love u ❤️ HAPPY BIRTHDAY ❤️❤️😘😘”. Always giving us #CoupleGoals, right?
The news of their shocking separation came months after another TV couple, Ridhi Dogra and Raqesh Bapat, parted ways. At the time, the actor had said in an interview, “Sometimes there is no reason as such. Over a period of seven years, you get to know how someone fits in your life. So, there is no specific reason that I can point out to. The vibes sometimes just don’t work. We still love each other, it’s just that the definition of love, in our case has changed now.”
Coming back to Sanjeeda-Aamir, no official statement has come from their end so far. The couple was last seen together in a music video titled, Tum Aaoge, sung by Soham Naik. Coincidently so, the music single focused on the love story of the two re-igniting years after their split. The couple got married on March 2, 2012, after seven years of courtship. And now, we’re so wishing what are hearing isn’t true!
