But while high-end restaurants are kind of similar everywhere, it is the chaat and street food of Delhi that people come back for. 1. Bittoo Tikki Wala

What started as a small cart of delicious street food soon became famous all over Delhi. So much so that they now have franchisees all over the city. Their two absolute must-have items are the bhalla papdi and the aloo tikki.

2. Natraj Dahi Bhalle Wala

If you ever decide to head to Chandni Chowk for some shopping and come back without eating this store’s famous dahi bhalle, you’ve really missed out on something in life! The no-frills outlet only serves dahi bhalla and aloo tikka and have won several awards for the same.

3. Sita Ram Diwan Chand

4. Roshan Di Kulfi

Now you get all types of street food at this restaurant but if there is something you must eat here, it is their desserts. From kulfi falooda to gulab jamun, you’ll be in dessert heaven if you have a sweet tooth!

5. Khandani Pakode Wala

This food joint has been serving mouth-watering yummy food since 1923. The one thing you must eat here is the aloo chole chaat. Yum!

9. Shree Makhan

The name may suggest that they only have sweets, but don’t be fooled ‘coz their menu is quite extensive. Not just chaat, they have a full-spread of North, South and Chinese food.

10. Atul Chaat Corner

Right in the middle of the Rajouri Garden market is Atul Chaat where people descend in huge numbers to eat everything that is offered on the menu. A pure vegetarian restaurant, the aloo tikki chaat is what people rave about the most.
